The 3rd annual Kids Carnival brings local artists and art organization to kids.  This is a collaboration between the Coeur d’ Alene Arts and Culture Alliance and Art on the Edge.  On February 16th from 10 to 3, the Resort Plaza Shoppes will transform into an interactive world of  art. Clay, painting, performing arts, clowns, opera, and many other artists will work with kids throughout the day. This year, more than 500 children attended this event.  Dozens of local artists and art organizations joined together in a day of art-making for community children.
